Be sure you have RAID driver for target storage – e.g.: Intel Rapid Storage Technology.
- Add RAID driver to Windows installation images (boot.wim, install.wim). It cannot be installed later.
- Enable option for RAID controller prompt in BIOS (e.g. allow Intel Rapid Storage Technology prompt).
- Enter RAID configuration and synchronize cache to hard drive.
- Remove hard drive acceleration with cache.
- In Windows disable using ssd as cache (e.g. in Intel Rapid Storage Technology select ssd and disable cache and destroy RAID).
- Keep SATA RAID mode in BIOS and install new OS.
